An easy to use, compact temperature profiling with real time monitoring system has been made by Datapaq called, The RotoPaq. It is purpose built for rotomolding applications.

High product quality and process efficiency has been achieved by the Rotopaq, this has been made possible since it provides users to quickly set up and optimize the process used for manufacture of hollow plastic and plastic products.
Important information is provided by the machine during the phase transition period of polymer, while heating and cooling. The thermal barrier has been especially tailored to the logger type and the application. There is continuous safe operation throughout the complete heating and cooling process. Achieved by a dual phase thermal protection, it also works over multiple process cycles.
System withstands both, air and water cooling. Six thermocouples are placed in the over, on the mold surface and inside the mold. This help the data logger to compile complete profiles.
Data can be transferred to a connected workstation via radio.
